Quıck dry polymer bituminous prımer
Quick-drying is a fluid homogeneous solution of dark brown color from polymers and modifying additives. The products have high adhesion strength with various bases due to high penetrating power, as well as alkali resistance.
It is used for preparation (priming) of bases (asphalt, concrete, metal and others) for dedusting the surface, as well as increasing the adhesion strength: 1. Before foundation waterproofing 2. Before fusing roofing or waterproofing bituminous materials (especially effective when working with modified materials) foundation waterproofing 3. Before gluing polymeric membranes laid by the method of continuous or partial gluing; 4. Before pouring sealants into the joints (based on bitumen, polyurethane); 5. Before installing road joint tapes
Primer consumption per 1 m2 - 0.25-0.35 l.Stir before use and apply evenly on the surface with a brush, roller or suitable sprayer. Application temperature range from -20°С to +40°С. At temperatures below plus 5°C, keep in a warm room for at least 24 hours.
Consumption for manual application from 0.10 to 0.30 kg/m2, depending on the absorbency of the substrate.
Consumption when priming joints before pouring sealants is taken as 3% of the weight of the sealant.Do not use near open flame sources. Carry out work in well-ventilated areas. Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
The guaranteed shelf life of the material is 18 months.
